Our Focus | The Process | The Expected Outcome

Phases, as they are defined, represent the process or occurrence of something unfolding in stages or over a set period. From the principles of life, we understand that there is a time and a season for everything – a time to laugh, a time to cry, and a time to dance. In the

beginning of creation, God took His time to craft everything we see. For anyone who is a creator, we know that things invariably progress in stages and unfold in phases.

Since 2017, Capsonart has undergone a journey of creativity, exploration, and evolution, experiencing various stages of growth and new discoveries. There have been moments when we needed to pause, reevaluate our path, and gain a deeper understanding of our purpose and narratives. This year, we've scrutinized various aspects of our internal book production processes and redirected our efforts to enhance our writers' pathway solutions.

As such, we have pumped the brakes and broken down our goals and next steps for our three launch phases.

Currently, we are in Phase 1 of our launch and here is what we have accomplished so far.

Out In The Community – Women's Leadership Forum, hosted by the DIVERSECITY Community Resources Society and MINERVA

• Focused on Refining and Redesigning our Brand and Narrative Content

• Formed In-House Writers – The founder joined with her family to create legacy writers.

• Partnered With Hope Connect to Launch RTN – Capsonart is bridging the gap between creative writing, fine arts and holistic approaches for health and wellness.

What is Our Next Step of our PHASE 1

• Training and Development - We deeply value the book-writing process, aligning our incentives to ensure our role as a book publisher is both effective and impactful. With this in mind, our focus will be developing our book production and operational processes.

• 
  

• Developing Our Book Production Solutions - With a personalized approach, our Book Production Solutions encompass the main areas of book project development. We work with authors through our book production phases to assist them in publishing their best works.

• Building and sustaining community relationships - As we have already begun this process, Capsonart will be working behind the scenes to connect and work with Hope-Connect to help foster health and wellness incentives.

• Working on Our Five Book Projects - We have several prints in the work that have set the foundation for Capsonart to be the publishing house it is today.
