AUTHOR SPOTLIGHT | Mel M Walters

Hello fellow Writers, readers and friends,


Over the past couple of weeks, we have introduced our founding writers, who are part of Capsonart's growth phase and are emerging as authors with books currently in production, set to be released in the near future.


This week, we are highlighting Mel M. Walters, a key member of Capsonart's Writing Team.



ABOUT AUTHOR Mel M Walters


Mel M. Walters is an emerging author who has played an integral role in the growth of our operation.


From a young age, Mel was introduced to writing, beginning with songwriting. What started as a hobby gradually developed into a more serious pursuit, eventually leading to her songs being included in our first published work, I Want to Sing Your Song.


In the early '90s, she wrote and performed “Nobody but Jesus,” [1] which fueled her passion for songwriting. She continued to serve in the church, singing in the choir, participating in the praise team ministry, and directing a youth choir. To date Walters remains committed to the work of the Lord, involving herself in community outreach and biblical education.


Her current literary commitments include her new book, Formed In My Mothers’ Womb, and I Want to Sing Your Song.



Integral to the faith of every believer, praying is what we do to communicate to the Lord.


Quoting from her upcoming book, it speaks of Gods goodness and his effortless power to create everything.



In the beginning, the world was formless, void, and covered in darkness. Then, at your voice's command, the universe and all living things came to be. [2]


Formed In My Mothers Womb (40 Days of Prayers and Devotion)

With her current book I Want to Sing Your Song, Mel and her sister are sharing sample readings on their podcast series, "I Want to Sing Your Song with Pauline and Mel." Their goal is to spread the word of God by singing songs and to inspire individuals to know that they too can sing the Lord's song.
